(LaShawn ordered and paid for 2 elongated seats from the in-house gallery. When they arrived she discovered that she needed standard size seats instead, in a panic she e-mailed me, hoping we could work out something. I accepted the return of the purchased seats. Because it was her error, I did however ask that she cover the additional shipping charges incurred and I did the two seats below for her. She was very pleased with new seats and service.
